Jobs Fair Will Place Trained Manufacturing Candidates
MassMEP invites manufacturers to our Job Fair on May 3, 2016. Attending will be the next class of trained operators who will graduate from the Advanced CNC Program on May 20th. We will also have "middle skills" candidates available, including: Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Production Supervisors, Documentation Specialists, Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineers, Project Managers, Process Engineers, Engineering Techs, Purchasing/Buyer/Planners, and Operations Managers. All candidates have received "Principles of Lean Management" training. If you are looking to fill other positions, please let us know as we have a rolling pool of candidates.
The fair will utilize a "speed dating" format. Each company will have the opportunity to sit with each job seeker for approximately 10 minutes, allowing you to pre-interview candidates and better determine whom you’d like to invite back for a full interview. These job seekers come with $2400 on-the-job training wage reimbursement for those that you bring on by direct hire or through an agency.
