Westwood-based company looking for MA based copacker to manufacture and package Welsh Cakes. Welsh Cakes are a cross between a scone, a biscuit and a pancake and they are cooked on a griddle. Our product line has been tested and manufactured in a commercial setting so transition should be relatively easy. Automating the griddling of the product is key to the success.
