The MassMEP Lean Roundtable continues at Schwarzkopf Technologies in Franklin, Mass. The Lean Roundtable series is an invitation-only event that brings together Lean practitioners for a morning of networking and knowledge sharing on how to implement and sustain Lean manufacturing. We will meet at Schwarzkopf Technologies on Tuesday, December 6, 2023 from 7:30 – 11:30 a.m.
In the short time of one year, Schwarzkopf has increased on-time delivery from 40% on-time delivery to 91% on-time. Before their Lean implementation, their back log was 16-20 weeks and now it is 2-4 weeks for lathes and 4-6 weeks for milling.
