Lean Champion

Job Description

Building #19 Inc is currently seeking a Lean Champion who will be responsible for leading the application of Lean Principles along with driving continuous improvement and process efficiency. The initial focus will start with reverse logistics-hands on- to develop and streamline process and procedures.

– Facilitate continuous improvement through applying Lean principles
– Lead and coordinate Lean initiatives
– Tracks and reports progress on improvement initiatives that are aligned to business needs
– Be a team player with the ability to work cross functionally
– Drive measurable improvements in customer, productivity and product flow
– Develop strong working relationships with all levels to sustain a continuous improvement culture

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
– Demonstrated leadership capability
– Drives metrics that measure operational excellence
– Excellent communication and listening skills
– Possesses well developed analytical and problem solving skill
