Job Opening: Continuous Improvement Manager, Northbridge, MA
This position is responsible for managing the Continuous Improvement process throughout the company. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives in order to benefit the quality system. Implement, evaluate, and maintain effective application of quality systems in order to ensure product quality meets internal and external customer’s expectations. Make recommendations to management about how to resolve barriers and obstacles in order to constantly improve end results.
Position Qualifications:
Must have a minimum five (5) years relevant product engineering or quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in ISO or other QA system
Experience in effective management of systems, policies, and procedures
Proven record of driving improvement and solving problems
Demonstrated experience in leading change and situational leadership
Clear ability to relate to and motivate people
Outstanding conceptual/process skills
Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills
Bachelors degree
Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
Applicable business references are required
