The company is seeking a dynamic Production Manager to run small metal working operation near Boston. Vertical CNC, CNC Lathe, Staking operations, and mechanical assembly.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with concentration in technical production management or business administration.
Five or more years in production management with direct experience in a combination of machining, metal working, and mechanical assembly.
Working knowledge of modern manufacturing management methods and assessment tools including demand flow technology, lean manufacturing, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Solomon business systems or equivalent
