When You Need a College Degree

I can’t help but think one of the ways to a college degree is to get skilled training in a technical high school, and then start working right after high school. With the right employer with tuition reimbursement, let him pay for the degree. Then you can chase a degree in a career you enjoy. My point being, it isn’t mandatory to have a college degree to get into manufacturing jobs; but it will be to move up.
