The Mid-Massachusetts STEM Pathways Initiative

The Mid-Massachusetts STEM Pathways Initiative is designed to meet the challenge and demand for skilled workers in science based industries, including manufacturing. 

The project is seeking any size company to assist in attracting skilled students and workers to enter this growing and competitive field. Your participation could include:

• Membership on an advisory committee to help guide the implementation of the initiative
• Mentoring participants to help ensure they learn about their industry from someone in the field
• Providing internships and shop tours for participants and /or potential participants
