Manufacturing Scores
Local SCORE counselors are currently working on a number of manufacturing projects. For example, one Worcester company needed to overhaul its compensation program to better engage employees throughout the company and align their efforts with the company’s goals.
Another Blackstone Valley company is re-branding its product line and radically changing the way it goes to market.
Also, a team approach with five dedicated counselors is being used to assist a Fitchburg company to examine its manufacturing process including job costing, product profitability, cash flow, inventory control, and strategic growth.
