MassMEP and Northern Essex Community College announce their Lean Fundamentals Certificate Program: A Comprehensive Lean Training and Application Certification Program. This five week program begins April 29, 2023 at Northern Essex Community College, North Andover MA.
The Lean Fundamentals Certificate is a hands-on Lean principles curriculum that is designed for those who want an introduction to, and ultimately want to apply Lean principles within their organization.
Immerse yourself in a performance-based training program to develop skills that can be applied to daily business processes. To accomplish this, participants must know, understand, and apply these learned skills in a practical setting. The skills are easily applicable to everyday business and manufacturing settings.
The course curriculum is a combination of
Basic Lean instruction with a practical application of Lean principles to existing business processes.
Soft skills workshops that address cultural issues of a successful implementation.
Best practices approach for preparing those who are interested in becoming certified in Lean.

These courses are taught in parallel with the Lean training provided by MassMEP.
