Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a high energy, detail-oriented HR Manager for our growing company currently consisting of 130 employees.
CPS Technologies Corporation is the world leader in providing AlSiC-based thermal management materials and electronic packaging products for the microelectronics and power electronics industries.
The best candidate will possess knowledge of HR principles or techniques equivalent to those obtained through a formal four-year college/university academic program or in-depth specialized training program directly related.
The position requires 4 to 8 years progressively responsible human resources generalist experience, minimum of 2 years in a management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Candidates with any appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered.
