Senior Process and Product Development Engineer
BS Engineering in Ceramic/Chemical/Materials Science preferred.
CPS Technologies Corporation is the world leader in providing AlSiC-based thermal management materials and electronic packaging products for the microelectronics and power electronics industries.
This position will provide and lead process engineering in direct support of manufacturing yield improvement, scale-up and cost reduction activities, and will provide direct support of new product and technology development programs.
Hands-on ability to sort out challenging, multi-dimensional tasks. Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently, as well as with the team.
