Industrial Engineer
The purpose of this position is to deliver advanced industrial engineering expertise to a rapidly expanding direct to customer manufacturing process. We are looking for a proven, highly motivated, results-driven engineer with experience encompassing process analysis, cost analysis, capital budgeting, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma, simulation, labor and material flow analysis, ergonomics, and process and facility layout.

Discrete Event Simulation
Key contributor to cross-functional product development team charged with introducing new products to the production process
Establish and maintain work standards for product costing and productivity measurement
Conduct work flow analysis and make recommendations for improvement in material handling and shop layout
Create and support SPC & DOE data analysis
Conduct manufacturing cost benefit analysis
Proactively communicate with facility level operations managers, maintenance technicians and productions associates
Plan preventative maintenance schedules
Support unscheduled downtime
Lead documentation control efforts of standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance routines
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, advanced degree preferred
5 + years high volume manufacturing or warehouse & distribution experience
Demonstrated self-starter capable of excelling in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Demonstrated fundamental engineering knowledge
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing philosophy
Strong statistics & probability background
Communicates ideas/solutions using well organized, comprehensible written reports, group presentations, and one-one-one interactions
Travel 20%
