  2. Project Manager – Working with the different departments within J&L, as well as with some key customers, to ensure project deliverables are met on schedule and that the new products are introduced to the market in an efficient and timely matter.

The Project Manager is in a position of translating prototype work into products offered in the field. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical expertise to engineering and manufacturing
  • Investigate research, analyze, and work with mill personnel and J&L field personnel to recommend solutions to problems, ideas for process improvement, and proper operating procedures for refining systems.
  • Provide responses to problems/opportunities directly related to plate design specifications.
  • Provide an occasional sales report.
  • Support market launch and sales objectives.
  • Approximately 40% travel (more travel during initial project phase).
