EcoStar cordially invites you to attend a

“Clean and Lean” Training Seminar
Presented by MassMEP and EcoStar

Thursday, February 15, 2023    7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
MassDevelopment Office, 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens

Join us for an interactive Clean and Lean training seminar designed to provide attendees with a foundation of Clean and Lean competencies.  Come learn how to improve your company’s implementation of Lean principles, which can ultimately increase your organization’s productivity, remove waste and impact your bottom line.

Who should attend  Training is for senior management–president, plant manager, operations manager level.

8:20 a.m.                      Overview of MassMEP

8:30 a.m.                      Overview of Workforce Development Grants
 These grants can be applied to Lean training at your facility. Representatives will be available to answer questions about the grant process at the end of the seminar.

8:40 – 12:00 p.m.           MassMEP Lean 101 Simulation
                          Lean 101 is an experiential workshop where participants observe the power of the principles of Lean manufacturing to improve their own shop-floor operations through a hands-on simulation and classroom presentations

12:00 p.m.                     Adjourn
12:00 – 12:30                Presenters and staff will remain available to answer questions.
