Job Opening: Program Coordinator, Springfield, MA

Position
Program Coordinator

Summary
The Program Coordinator supports the Program Manager by coordinating and managing activities across many departments within their respective assigned programs. Reports to Program Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze, maintain, and coordinate customer requirements against internal program commitments with a focus on materials
  • Coordinate and interface amongst all functional support departments for respective products to ensure that customer commitments are achieved
  • Perform analytical review of customer/production forecasts and schedules from conception to end item shipment
  • Develop and maintain status using and revising schedules as required
  • Forecast future requirements of production labor and materials
  • Effectively communicate to customers
  • Maintain customer order entry/sales orders
  • Provide adequate input to management
  • Support the Program Manager with their customer responsibilities; including but not limited to, communication and data presentation
  • Review, understand, and respond to time limits and sequences of manufacturing operations as they relates to master scheduling
  • Monitor completion of ECO activity
  • Solve problems
  • Perform all other duties, as assigned
Non-Essential
  • Prepare and present a variety of concise reports for oral and written presentations
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Collect and analyze information
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactively recognize potential schedule interruptions before they become risks
Experience/Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of basic inventory and production control techniques
  • Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and protocol
  • Experience with ProfitKey or equivalent MRP/ERP system preferred
