Summary The Program Manager is accountable for the revenue plan, sales forecast, and team responsibility for his/her particular customers. Reports to VP Program Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Team leader
Liaison between customer and manufacturing floor
Forecastd
On-time delivery of product
Input sales orders
Plan direction and coordinate team
Close sales orders
Manage all customer service issues
Manage order maintenance
Manage RMA team
Provide MRB representation
Initiate ECO with customer
Report to customer base
Support and representation on new products review committee for release of final package
Evaluate and assess team members for performance
Identify potential training opportunities within the team
Perform all other job-related duties, as required
Non-Essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Must be a team player and highly motivated
Experience/Education
Bachelor’s Degree, CEPM certification, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5+ years of experience in contract electronics manufacturing
