Job Description
Our client is one of the premier leaders in the wound healing industry. We are now at the stage where an experienced product development professional is a most critical addition to the team in place. This role focuses on being a sole contributor, focusing on the sophistication of existing products and the development of new ones. Develop the concept in conjunction with your coworkers, then take the concept and make it real, ready for commercialization.
Qualifications
To do this, you will have a PhD or a Master’s degree, the fields being organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or biomaterials. Your experience should be 3 – 5 years of actual production/development. You know how to work in a collaborative, flat environment and also enjoy being in a nonpolitical atmosphere. This is a late stage startup; that means pitching in on other projects, if needed. You need a lot of pride in your work but little ego….it’s a WE did it atmosphere.
