We are a well-known, high volume appliance manufacturer that is fast paced and growth-oriented. We are seeking a VP of Manufacturing to oversee both our commercial and consumer manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include the successful management of a full-scale or multi-plant manufacturing operation. Specific experience must include: operations management, program management, manufacturing systems creation, materials management, and associate development. The successful candidate will have a track record of creating better performance through productivity and manufacturing systems, as well as increasing profit through lean manufacturing and supply chain management. Innovative leadership related to the allocation of resources, short and long-term objectives, and other key production decisions are all essential elements of this position.
