A.I.M.’s Plant Manager Roundtable—designed exclusively for you—evolves around individual and collective group needs. Members will set the agenda for most meetings. Topics of discussion include—but aren’t limited to— Personnel Issues, Problem Solving, Training, Priority Setting, Safety, Quality, Program Implementations, and Vendor Selection and Certification .
And through A.I.M.’s affiliation with the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MassMep), experts in all areas of Lean Manufacturing will be available as guest speakers or resources to address questions that arise during the Roundtable discussion.
