Paul has over 20 years of experience as an executive in the software industry and has helped advance numerous companies through their Initial Public Offerings and Mergers & Acquisitions resulting in over $1B in shareholder value. As a Chairman, CEO and EVP of several software companies he has extensive experience collaborating with venture capitalists in building high performance management and sales teams that have lead their companies to market dominant positions. Paul has managed both national and international sales operations and has spent eight of his twenty-year career working in the trenches as an EVP of Sales for public companies.
