Best Practice Kaizen (TWI - JI)

This Best Practice Kaizen training will provide instruction and skill building on the Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction methodology. Participants will be taught how to follow a systematic four-step process for effective and efficient job instructions training. These steps include: Prepare the Worker, Present the Operation, Try-Out Performance, and Follow Up. Also, participants will learn how to prepare for training by creating a job breakdown and a proactive training matrix.
