BU Display Technology Seminar
The Boston University Department of Manufacturing Engineering and Corning Incorporated invite you to attend our spring Emerging Technologies and Best Industry Practices Seminar that will take place on April 29, "Emerging Display Technologies."
Flat Panel Displays have become ubiquitous in products ranging from cell phones to televisions; the market for flat panels is expected to exceed $65 Billion in 2005. This Emerging Technology Seminar will feature a distinguished panel of speakers sharing their expertise on a wide array of new types of displays, including Field Emission, Organic Light Emitting Diodes, Reflective Displays and Projection. Critical component requirements for flexibility and backlighting will also be highlighted. Leading industry experts will also share their perspectives on the current market and provide projections for future growth. With the rewards so great, the rate of technological change is intense and offers unique opportunities for both researchers and entrepreneurs.
